Professional Cookery take a trip to The Barge

Professional Cookery students enjoyed a trip to The Barge on Tuesday to meet Padraic Kavanagh.

Students were shown the cold room, how to change kegs, how to weigh kegs, how to clean the lines and taught all about stock control, stock taking, menu planning and costings.
