A joint podcast with Principal Denis Leonard (Dunboyne College), David McDonnell (Drogheda Institute), Padraig McGovern (Ó’Fiaich Institute) the three Principals of the Further Education Colleges under Louth Meath Education and Training Boards. Interviewers are teachers Johanna Dawe and Jean Young.

The discussion outlines what it is important to celebrate International Women’s Day including in the adult and further education (FET) arenas. A key theme is that people start from different places so true inclusion and belonging require equitable action, and how in particular this is relevant in FET.

The podcast also talks about the collaboration of the three colleges to commission and stage the premiere of a new play by Nuala McKeever, produced by Dan Gordon being seen for the first time on Tuesday 7 March in The Barbican Centre Drogheda with huge support from Declan Power and the team there.
